1. Introduction

Shady Collective builds software products including Quick Invoice. By accessing our website (www.shadycollective.com) or using any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Our Products

Quick Invoice is a one-time purchase iOS application available for $5.99. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or redistribute any of our products. You must be 4 years of age or older to use our services.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and code are the property of Shady Collective. You may not use our branding, trademarks, or any proprietary materials without prior written permission.

4. Payments

Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. All sales are final. Refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policy and are handled directly by Apple.

5. Limitation of Liability

Shady Collective shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. All products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

6. Privacy

We collect only the minimal data necessary to provide our services. We do not sell user data to third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our products following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
